We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

The information we collect includes:
• Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). • Google Workspace APIs. Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized AI and/or ML models.

Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We have contracts in place with our third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will also not share your personal information with any organization apart from us. In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the contact details provided in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?” below.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the SMS messages that we send, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?” below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists.
9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
In Short: We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track signals, but we do honor recognized opt-out preference signals where the law requires it.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because no uniform standard exists, we do not respond to them at this time. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
Separately, where required by applicable state law, we honor recognized universal opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of the processing of your personal information for targeted advertising.
10. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Virginia, you have rights that give you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may exercise them free of charge, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
What categories of personal information do we collect? In the twelve (12) months preceding the date of this notice, we have collected the following categories:
• Identifiers — your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• Professional or employment-related information — your job title.
• Commercial information — your contact preferences and the details of any request or inquiry you send us.
• Internet or other electronic network activity information — your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, and information about how and when you use our Services.
• Geolocation data — approximate location derived from your IP address or device settings.
We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
Where does it come from? We collect this information directly from you — when you complete a form, request a quote, subscribe to our communications, or otherwise contact us — and automatically from your device when you visit our Services, as described in “WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?” above.
How do we use it, and who receives it? We use it for the purposes described in “HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?” above, and we disclose it only in the circumstances and to the categories of third parties described in “WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?” above, which includes the service providers that operate our website and our customer relationship, email, analytics, and advertising systems.
Do we sell or share your personal information? We do not sell your personal information for money. As explained in “HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?” above, we may use it to deliver targeted advertising, and several state laws treat the disclosure of personal information to an advertising partner for that purpose as a “sale” or as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out, and you may do so at any time using the contact details below.
Your rights. Depending on your state of residence, you have the right to:
• Know whether we process your personal information, and request access to it.
• Request a copy of the personal information you provided to us, in a portable form.
• Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
• Request that we delete your personal information.
• Opt out of the processing of your personal information for targeted advertising, and of any “sale” or “sharing” of it.
• Withdraw a consent you previously gave us, at any time.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
Not every right is available in every state, and each is subject to the exceptions its governing law provides. California residents may also request, once a year and free of charge, details of the personal information we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year (“Shine the Light”).
How to exercise your rights. Email us at contact@legacyaviationgroup.com with the request you would like to make. You may also use an authorized agent, provided we can verify both their authority to act for you and your own identity.
How we verify a request. We will ask you for information we already hold about you so that we can match it to you, typically the name, email address, and phone number you gave us. We use that information only to verify the request, and we will not ask you for more than we need. If we cannot verify your identity, we will tell you and explain why.
How long we take. We will respond to a verifiable request within the period required by the law of your state, generally forty-five (45) days of receipt, which we may extend where that law permits — in which case we will tell you within the initial period.
If we decline your request. If we refuse to act on your request, you may appeal that decision by replying to our response, or by emailing contact@legacyaviationgroup.com with the word “Appeal” in the subject line. We will review the appeal and give you a written explanation of our decision within the period your state’s law allows. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.
11. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification.
